Event Cancellation Policy

Our supper clubs and events are booked and paid in advance and are non-refundable, please ensure all guests are aware of this policy before booking. If you are unable to attend, with minimum one week’s notice, we will refund your booking. If, within the week leading up to the event, it arises that you or any of your guests cannot attend we will unfortunately not be able to refund you. We will occasionally have a waiting list and in this case, we will do our best to fill spaces if they arise but it is by no means guaranteed.
If we need to cancel events for any reason guests will be offered a choice of a full refund or vouchers.
Late cancelations can have a hugely negative effect on the business so we thank you for understanding with regards to our cancelation policy.
